Monday to Saturday 6:30am – 6:30pm. All construction activity will be restricted to these times, with only low impact set-up activities occurring outside these times.

Currently anticipated to complete May 2018

The permanent stormwater culvert and control measures were installed to capture stormwater run-off during construction. This prevents erosion within the waterway and ensures that the stormwater discharge is of good quality and no different to the existing run-off occurring from surrounding residential properties. Maintaining the health of the waterway corridor during construction combined with the $60,000 restoration works contributed from Mosaic upon completion will protect the longevity of this natural asset.

  • 5 x 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom town houses
